polymorphes<\/strong> qui consistent en une succession d\u2019un motif r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 dont le nombre de r\u00e9p\u00e9titions varie entre all\u00e8les.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La PGTB a <strong>d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode de g\u00e9notypage de microsatellites par s\u00e9quen\u00e7age haut-d\u00e9bit<\/strong> qui pr\u00e9sente 2 grands avantages&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) pouvoir r\u00e9v\u00e9ler l\u2019ensemble des types de polymorphismes pr\u00e9sents dans le motif r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que dans la zone environnante<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(2) se baser sur la s\u00e9quence d\u2019ADN des all\u00e8les permettant ainsi une qualification absolue de la nature des all\u00e8les PGTB ou \u00e0 partir de ressources g\u00e9nomiques pr\u00e9existantes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leur amplification par PCR hautement multiplex\u00e9e (habituellement 60 microsatellites test\u00e9s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la construction des banques et le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age Illumina (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1 140 individus par run dont 95 individus r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s pour validation des donn\u00e9es lors de la premi\u00e8re analyse servant \u00e0 la mise au point des marqueurs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019analyse bio-informatique permettant de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer le tableau de
