The PGTB forms part of the Research Infrastructure <a href=\"https:\/\/www6.inrae.fr\/inrae-genomics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">INRAE Genomics<\/a>, alongside the GeT and CNRGV platforms in Toulouse, Gentyane in Clermont-Ferrand and EPGV in Evry. The PGTB is also a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.france-genomique.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">France G\u00e9nomique<\/a>network, which brings together the main national genomics platforms. She is a member of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.u-bordeaux.fr\/recherche\/structures-de-recherche\/plateformes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des Plateformes Labellis\u00e9es<\/a> of the University of Bordeaux and it is certified by the <a href=\"https:\/\/cnoc.intranet.inrae.fr\/\">CNOC<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ibisa.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GIS IBISA<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">PGTB develops and provides services using medium- and high-throughput technologies based on <a href=\"http:\/\/pgtb.fr\/en\/le-sequencage\/\">sequencing<\/a> (sequencing of short and long DNA fragments, targeted metagenomics, genome and transcriptome sequencing, total metagenomics and metatranscriptomics, gene capture, \u2026), <a href=\"http:\/\/pgtb.fr\/en\/genotypage-2\/\">genotyping <\/a>(SNPs, INDELs and microsatellites) and the analysis of sensitive or ancient environmental DNA in a containment laboratory.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La PGTB est une infrastructure technologique adoss\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;UMR BIOGECO ouverte \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 scientifique acad\u00e9mique et aux acteurs industriels.
